Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Banger. We hope you are happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer the following return and exchange options:

PADDLES

Returns for pickleball paddles are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. A $30 restocking fee will be applied to all returns for pickleball paddles. 

CLOTHES

Eligibility for apparel to be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Shipping costs are NOT refunded, only the cost of the item will be refunded upon receipt.

Exchange for a different size If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us at help@bangerpickle.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that exchanges are subject to availability.

Defective or damaged items If you received an item that is defective or damaged, please take a photo of the defect and send it to us at help@bangerpickle.com within 3 days of receiving the item. We will then review the photo and determine the best course of action, which may include a refund or exchange.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us, we can reship it once the correct address is confirmed—additional shipping fees may apply.

Return process To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at help@bangerpickle.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 business days.
